The THUNDER is our interpretation of a full carbon downhill bike.
The 1.5 inch steering head bearing accommodates the most massive and brutal forks.
You can concentrate fully on your line without thinking about the material.

The main frame and swingarm are made of laminated T 800 carbon fibers.
The deflection mechanism made of 7075 aluminum ensures a perfect response of the damper.

Your frame - your style

You can design the frame according to your wishes and equip it with high-quality components from manufacturers such as Hope, TITLE or many others.

  • frameset

    The frame set comes with the Rock Shox Vivid 2RC
    Ultimate damper, as well as a Rock Shox Spring of 200lb -600lb corresponding to the weight of the rider. We deliver with the 450lb spring as standard.
    You will also get a ready-pressed tax bearing.
    Optionally 1.5" to 1 1/8" for standard forks with the appropriate shaft or just 1.5" for very brutal applications.

  • We love competition

    You can choose whether our frame is equipped with cable holders screwed on the outside or not. With this option we pay tribute to racers and riders who value quick repair options.
    So you are safely ready to start again until the next run.
    Do you prefer a cleaner look? Then we offer you mostly internally routed cable/brake lines as an option.
