The Vision Behind Our Bike

It all begins with a blank sheet of paper. Our first question was: What should this bike do, and what goals do we want to achieve?
The answer became clear: we envisioned a bike that excels downhill with speed and confidence, yet climbs efficiently to get you ready for your next adventure even faster. Our design focuses on straightforward handling—no surprises—while incorporating a unique aesthetic. 
Additionally, we offer adjustable rear shock options, and to ensure the utmost quality and sustainability, all frames and components are proudly manufactured in Austria.

Geometry

The chosen geometry of our bike is designed to give riders the confidence to tackle high-speed courses with precision. The centralised center of gravity, positioned around the bottom bracket, enhances the bike's balance and stability. This, combined with phenomenal agility, allows for quick handling and seamless navigation through challenging terrains.
Thanks to the reduced suspension masses—achieved by eliminating the derailleur ring and rear derailleur—the suspension elements respond perfectly, offering smooth and efficient performance.
Additionally, we've integrated the fully integrated dropper post from Eightpins, providing the rider with the freedom of movement necessary to conquer even the toughest sections of the trail with ease. This combination of innovative design and thoughtful components ensures a ride that’s both dynamic and effortless, no matter the challenge ahead

Some Key Facts about ALiCE

Frame Production 

The use of prepregs offers significant advantages in terms of uniformity and high quality. One of the key benefits is their low ondulation, along with a high fiber volume content. The prepreg structure is made from a precisely defined mixture of resin and hardener, and the direction and type of weaving determine the achievable properties. This allows us to precisely control how and where each blank is applied in the mould, ensuring consistent and optimal results.

By utilizing this method, we have full control over the properties of the tube set, which plays a crucial role in achieving maximum performance for the bike.

Our focus is on maintaining the highest level of process control when joining parts. We monitor every parameter closely, check all protocols, and ensure no step is overlooked. Instead of relying solely on our knowledge and experience, we rigorously verify each step multiple times. We even use endoscopy to inspect the components, ensuring that every detail meets our strict standards for quality and performance.
